🔹 Why does the color of my plant look different from the picture?
Succulent colors vary based on light exposure, temperature, and seasonality. With proper care, colors develop beautifully over time. Color variation is not a valid reason for return or refund.
🔹 Why does my succulent look dehydrated upon arrival?
To prevent rot during shipping, we ensure all plants are dry before packaging. This may cause them to look slightly dehydrated, but they will bounce back beautifully within a few days! Refunds are not issued for minor shipping stress.
🔹 What if leaves fall off during shipping?
Some leaf loss during shipping is normal. Many succulents can be propagated from fallen leaves by placing them in dry soil. If significant damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
🔹 How long does it take to ship my order?
Processing time is 1-3 business days to allow plants to dry before shipping, preventing rot.
🔹 What if my plant arrives damaged or dead?
We package carefully, but shipping is unpredictable. If your plant arrives in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We do not cover damage due to carrier delays, extreme weather, or incorrect addresses.
🔹 Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately for address changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or issue refunds for incorrect addresses.
🔹 What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Carrier delays happen. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
