If your plant arrives cold or appears damaged due to exposure to low temperatures, please bring it inside immediately and allow it to acclimate to room temperature. Avoid watering until the plant has warmed up and recovered. Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage caused by extreme weather conditions during transit, as we are not aware of the specific weather conditions at each location. We recommend that customers consider their local climate and shipping times when placing an order. If you have concerns about cold weather, please contact us before ordering, and we can discuss potential solutions, such as adding a heat pack or choosing priority shipping.
TLGSStore is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. My aloe arrived in perfect condition. Itโs absolutely beautiful! It shipped the SAME day I ordered it which was crazy to me. The roots were strong and very healthy. When I repotted it, I kept it all together instead of breaking the babies apart like I have in the past. I moved it to a slightly larger planter so it has plenty of room. While I was repotting it, I came across 2 pups from unknown leaves and I canโt wait to see what they turn in to. They had strong roots. Iโm going back through the sellers inventory to try to get an idea of what they could be. Iโm extremely happy with my purchase and the 2 bonus pups. I canโt wait to watch my new Aloe and bonus pups grow. I am already looking for my next purchase from this amazing seller. I HIGHLY recommend. Products come exactly like they are pictured.
